ADA Wheelchair Ramp

The J. Reilly McCarren Transportation Museum is looking to build an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp. This ramp will allow for a better boarding experience for those who are handicapped or have a hard time climbing the steps. People who wish to tour the train cars while they are parked at the Springdale depot will also be able to use the ramp.

Frisco Caboose #1288 Rehabilitation

Caboose #1288 is in need of a full restoration (interior and exterior).

Museum Expansion

The Friends of the A&M is wanting to expand the current museum to also have a storage facility to store our antique passenger cars and have the ability to house more pieces of railroad and transportation history. See below for the sketch of the expansion plan.
