Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another passenger or to another excursion date for an additional ticketing fee. If this isn't possible due to medical reasons or other uncontrollable conditions, tickets may be refunded minus a $10 per ticket processing fee, upon approval by the reservations manager. Please call the reservation manager at the depot to request changes to your reservation at least two weeks prior to your excursion date. Thank you.
