Terms and Conditions

Ticket Sales:
All ticket sales are considered final. If you are unable to make the trip that you have booked you can call or email and we can help you rebook your ticket. If you are not able to make it and want to give your tickets to someone else you may do so but still have to call or email with the person's name that you are giving the tickets to.

Boarding:
We ask that passengers arrive 20-30 minutes early so that you will have ample time to park, check-in, and receive your tickets before boarding starts. The train leaves promptly at the time of the excursion.

Strollers:
We do allow strollers but the walkways through the trains are narrow and they may not be able to move from one area to another.

Wheelchairs and Accessibility:
We do have some train cars that are accessible for wheelchairs. We have a lift to help board. If you are in need of this assistance please make sure that when you are checking in you let the clerk know.

Pets and Service Animals:
Pets are NOT allowed on the train, in the depot, or at the museum. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed. This excludes Therapy animals. In order to make sure that we can accommodate you contact our guest service manager at 651-500-1822.

Additional Policies:
Illegal drugs, alcohol, and weapons are not allowed into the MTM Facilities. Illegal drugs, hard liquor and weapons are not allowed onto the train cars. Management has the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions listed here.
