Experience the fall colors on the North Shore in a unique way, by rail. You will travel along the entire route of the North Shore Scenic Railroad’s track to the end of the line in Two Harbors. There you will have a delightful 2 hour stay in the beautiful lakeside town before your return to the Duluth Depot.
Entrance to the Lake Superior Railroad Museum is included with your ticket prior
to departure. Doors open at 9am.
***The Two Harbors train excursion is subject to delays to due Canadian National Railway (CN) traffic. Please consider this when making plans for after the train ride. Delays are rare, but can be an hour or more. Normal return time to the Duluth Depot is about 4:30pm, but ranges from 4pm-5pm, and very rarely, even later.
This trip is usually not handicap accessible. Pets are not allowed. Ages 2 and under are free and do not need a ticket. NOTE: Mother nature dictates the level of color change throughout the season. We are not responsible for the amount of fall colors seen on this trip.
