10:30 AM Fall Colors to Two Harbors - SOLD OUT Coach       SOLD OUT
  Experience the fall colors on the North Shore in a unique way, by rail. You will travel along the entire route of the North Shore Scenic Railroad’s track to the end of the line in Two Harbors. There you will have a delightful 2 hour stay in the beautiful lakeside town before your return to the Duluth Depot.

Entrance to the Lake Superior Railroad Museum is included with your ticket prior to departure. Doors open at 9am.
 
10:30 AM Bike Train to Two Harbors Coach   Rain Return:   SOLD OUT
  $20 One-way pass on the North Shore Scenic Railroad to the end of the line in Two Harbors, then bike back along beautiful Scenic Highway 61.
 
12:30 PM Lester River Excursion Coach       SOLD OUT
 

Our most popular trip, this excursion brings you through downtown Duluth, up the North Shore, through the majestic North Woods, to the neighborhood of Lakeside, and finally to the Lester River, where the train is turned around. The perfect standard trip for you and your family, lasts about 90 minutes.

Reservations are not required for this excursion. Tickets may be purchased up to 30 minutes prior to departure. This train can sell out, so it doesn't hurt to pre-purchase your tickets.

This train is Handicap Accessible most days. Pets are not allowed.

 
3:00 PM Lester River Excursion Coach       SOLD OUT

6:00 PM Music and Pizza Train Coach       SOLD OUT
 

A 2.5 hour evening excursion up the North Shore of Lake Superior. Enjoy pizza and fun for the whole family! One half of a Domino's Pizza and a soda for each person is included with your ticket fare, and on the way back enjoy live music in the baggage/concession car!

A cash bar of beer and wine is also available on most excursions.

This trip is handicap accessible. Pets are not allowed.

Tables are seats of 4, so this is a perfect double date!

Chefs from the area's finest restaurants prepare unique menus onboard our Lake of the Isles Dining Car. Enjoy delicious cuisine and beautiful scenery along the Lakefront Line. Reservations are required for these excursions. Elegant dining in the grand railroad tradition! Menu selections are available after selecting the excursion tickets.

This is not a handicap accessible train.

 
6:30 PM "Bound for Glory" Lupus Fundraiser Excursion Coach First Class     SOLD OUT
 
A 1.5 hour evening train excursion aboard the North Shore Scenic Railroad along the North Shore of Lake Superior during fall colors. Food has generously been provided by Green Mill and beverages from Bernick's Pepsi. A cash bar will be available, as well. 

The train will return to the Depot at 8pm and continue the party in the Lake Superior Railroad Museum with live music from the band MYNX!

Help us raise money for LUPUS research by purchasing a coach ticket for $20, or limited first-class seats for $30. First class will have additional food, a private car host, and ride in the infamous Rainier Club car.

All proceeds will be given to the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota at the Duluth Lupus Walk for Hope and 5K run, the following morning.
