Volunteer Train Conductor Crew Training Class
Departing from Duluth Depot
This class will cover the basics of working on the railroad and learning what it takes to become a conductor on the North Shore Scenic Railroad.

Perfect for beginners, or retired railroaders interested in contributing to run trains in the summer of 2018 and beyond.

Classes will be held Wednesdays in February/March/April leading up to the General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR) exam - certifying all of our train crews to operate our historic railroad equipment.

Classes cost just $16, to cover some of the expenses. By practice, we never charge volunteers/crews for anything. The cost only covers some of the costs of this class open to the public. Refreshments will be served during these fun, relaxed classes that will immerse you into the exciting world of railroading.

Dates of classes, each day starting at 6pm:
February 21, 28, March 7, 14, 21
April dates tbd - Hands on Training (with train)
April GCOR Testing

**You must be 18 or older to participate in this class, and meet physical requirements of working railroad equipment**
