The DTS Service Hotline is in place to support your operation, 24/7, through any Mission Critical situation that may arise. During regular office hours, your call is answered by our DTS staff, who know you and your operation. After hours and on weekends, your call is answered by a service operator, trained to assess your situation and route your call to a technician for immediate follow-up.
